👨‍⚕️ The old approach works like this: you’re given a medication that shuts down your ovulation cycle (and hormones) completely, your period regulates, your pain stops, you don’t flood, your acne clears, BUT your mood tanks and then you’re offered an anti-depressant, you put on weight. You come off the medication and your period doesn’t return, or it does return and so does the agonizing pain and full-blown acne breakout. You’ve not addressed what is at the core of the issue and why your body is ‘acting out’ (I’ll give you a hint, it’s trying to get your attention because it needs help, not silencing.)

⭐️ With my approach, we work on finding, then treating, the root cause (together, because you are a wealth of wisdom about your own body) in a way that is both laser-focused and methodical but also fun, intuitive, expansive and completely do-able for where-ever you are at.

🕵️‍♀️ E.g. We don’t disconnect you from your body’s signals through restricting, forcing or shutting your hormonal system down. We cozy-up to them, decode their messages and learn how to speak their language. You get to feel more connected and confident in your body and its abilities. You get to direct and re-write your own health narrative.

I’m Kate 👋🏼 I’m a fully qualified naturopath in Sydney, Australia with a magic touch (from deeply personal experience) for all things hormones and women’s health.

🙋🏻‍♀️ I see amazing women from all over the globe, helping them find THEIR root cause from conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, cycle problems, thyroid issues, fatigue and perimenopause/menopause (not a “condition”, but a phase that can be greatly eased with the right support).

🧪 We work together through precision testing, personal history and a clear plan of action going forward to get you back into your life as the being you want to be in the quickest time possible.

👁️ I’m a firm believer of setting intention

👁️ I’m a firm believer of setting intentions at the end of each year to help shape the year ahead into one that is purposeful and in alignment with my own vision, path and growth.

(I’m also not great at aligning with it 100% of the time and quite frequently lose sight of the bigger picture. I have a brain that looooves to get bogged down in the detail leaving me stuck 🙄)

✊🏻 BUT that does not stop me from refocusing and starting anew (like frequently!!)

🌟 My focus areas next year involve:
1. Business alignment and growth;
2. Spiritual practice;
3. Physical/strength training (if anyone knows of a weights gym on the northern beaches they love, hit me up because I’m struggling to find “my place”!);
4. Creativity.
(Connections and travel are in there too)
